In January 1963, Raoul Casadei married Pina Sirgiovanni and had three sons: Carolina, Mirna and Mirko. For Raoul and Pina the family had to embody the values of sharing and free expression, a vision of freedom and union that has always represented the true strength of the family Casadei, appreciated not only for its music, but also for the authenticity and human warmth it transmits.

At the end of the 1970s, Raoul and Pina decided to establish their own label and musical edition. With time and effortlessness, they managed to involve their children, integrating them into roles that best reflected their inclinations.

‘A kind of American organization’ – as Raoul liked to call it – ‘although remaining genuine and artisanal’. In the home office, they managed music production and treated contacts with orchestras from all over Italy who played the songs of Casadei that, in the period of maximum splendor, were more than 8,000.

Raoul Casadei has always cultivated a deep bond not only with his people but also with his land.
He devoted himself personally to the garden and the fruit trees of his estate, watering them every morning, cultivating them with care and without poisons. He considered this passion directly related to his love for home and family. His creative mind didn't stop just at the music field. To make greenhouse work less tiring, he had designed practical solutions such as climbing crops and raised tables to work with more convenience. For his chicken he used ingenious techniques, such as a draining ground made of shells and warm lighting to simulate summer during the winter months. There was no shortage of excursions in the countryside, always in the company of its inseparable Folk dog and of course the long daily walks on the beach, who affectionately called "my Maldives", who had contributed so much to the inspiration of texts and music that became successes of the repertoire of the Orchestra Casadei.
